The darkness is closing in again--
Life holds no meaning for me
As I go about my usual routine;
Those menial tasks I could do in my sleep.
No respect, no consideration, no gratitude,
Just a woman constantly taken for granted.
Dreams gone up in smoke,
Hopes dashed on the rocks of despair.
